If you decide to live and work in Latin America, as I did, you will sooner or later want to open a bank account. But in many Latin American countries, such as Colombia, Ecuador, etc. you won't be able to link your bank card to a Paypal account due to money laundering issues.
I wonder if any of you have ever dealt with this kind of problem, and how you solved it. I am not even sure if rules and regulations have changed, and one is now able to link a bank account with one of the international banks that are represented here, such as Citibank.
Obviously, I will go and inquire directly at the bank when I have some spare time. But I thought you might also give me some ideas.

That's funny cause I don't really know how one would get money out of PayPal without a bank account. Does anyone know of other ways? Perhaps the money could be transferred to some type of credit card or directly taken out as cash somewhere.
