i bought a Paypal prepaid MasterCard at the grocery store and loaded $50 onto it so I could make an online purchase. I went home and tried to use it but it wouldn't work. It needed to be activated which included me giving my Ss#. I gave them all my info and they informed me the card could not be activated because I was once a secondary card holder on an account that had been shut down for suspicious use. That account was used for 7 months to receive a direct deposit paycheck and then the money was withdrawn, that's it. Now I have $50 stuck on a card that I can not use, transfer, return, etc. HELP! I'm pretty desperate for that $.
