People do make ALL of the difference in whether or not I go to a place.

For a while, I used to go to a cafe near the transit center in my area. After work, I'd stop by for a tea or Italian soda. The woman behind the counter was so sweet and nice. She always made my experience pleasant. After she left, I stopped going because her replacement was kind of cold and rude. I realized that what that cafe offered was only unique because of who they once had working there.

I know what you mean and I feel the same in the place where I have lunch. They have a huge staff rotation, meaning, every month I see a new face and this annoys me a lot because one serves ok portions, other really small ones, one cook is awesome, the other cooks awfully, so it's not the best way to manage human resources or customers, I am about to stop going there.
