Does anyone else out there see something really wrong with the Perfect Polly? I've seen the Ad a few times and I just can't get my head around this concept. This is a small plastic bird that perches, chirps and moves it's head from side to side. All to the amusement of it's owner who doesn't want the responsibility of owning a real bird. I think it's weird. But maybe that was the marketing Department's aim; to shock the viewer and get people talking. What's next...Paper mache Children? Styrofoam Grandparents?
No, you aren't the only one. The first time I saw this commercial I just started laughing and I rarely laugh. I had to show my kids because it was such a ridulous item, who would buy it? Styrofoam Grandparents however LOL! I'll take two!
