Most people that own cars from the mid-1990s and older don't realize that high-end spark plugs tend to not work well with their vehicles. In fact, most older vehicles are better off with lower-end plugs. All cars function best with the OEM spark plugs, which can be various brands. You don't need to spend $5 or $10 per plug. For instance, Jeep's from the mid-90s run best on Champion spark plugs, and my particular Grand Cherokee uses Champion 71s, which are a basic copper tipped plug. I recommend them for most vehicles, especially if your vehicle's OEM plugs are Champions.
