I recently stumbled upon this gluten-free snack at the grocery store - Riceworks Gourmet Rice Snacks - and it's pretty good! I wasn't looking for anything gluten-free specifically, but that's one of the perks of this particular snack. The package says it uses whole grain rice and has zero grams of trans fat. This snack comes in several flavors - I purchased the sea salt flavor. The triangle-shaped "chips" are super-crunchy and not too salty, just right for a little afternoon snack.
