    Hi everyone!

I saw an infomercial about this back brace that supposedly helps with posture and prevents one from developing a hunchback. I recently got worried about my own posture because I spend a lot of time in front of my computer and even when I don't, my shoulders are usually hunched forward. I really don't want to end up with a hunchback or with back pain so I was wondering if it'd be a good idea to buy this Royal Posture thing or a similar back brace. However, I'm skeptical because those as seen on TV products aren't the best so has anyone bought this product or seen the infomercial? What did you think?

If you exercise enough to compensate for your lazy back you should be good and rest yourself on a comfortable Bed to reduce Strain. If you are a regular exerciser then your shoulder will automatically stiffen to a straight posture. I don't think that products like these would work for you forever. Even if they do work you will have to build and practise a healthy posture for your back instead of relying on some product. Better do it today than some other day.Good Luck .

I think it would be better to workout for free than spend money on something that exercise can fix. Apart from that, you should also practice the proper posture when sitting in front of the computer. Make it a habit in 28 days because that's usually the given time for a person to develop a healthy habit. If it can also help, purchase a good chair with proper cushions and one that has at backrest that contours and follows your spine, if there's already one in the market.

I believe you can always fix your posture if you're conscious enough on how you sit and carry yourself. If you're job requires you to sit in front of a computer all day, you can always invest on a good chair that helps you with your posture.

You should buy such products as braces with recommendation from a medical specialist who would be able to give you guidance on the correct back braces should they be necessary. Buying them as seen on TV would expose you to credibility issues of the product should they dog them. Upright posture and placing your mattress on the floor when you sleep is the best and cost effective strategy.

I was actually just watching an episode of Shark Tank and there was a back pain product on there that I thought was really neat. It was a little device that you strap around your back and hook to your keens, and when you lean back you have perfect posture in any chair. I am not sure how similar it is to this, but now I am curious. Thanks for sharing.
