I have to admit, I typically do not like to order from companies that are not a big name. However, this is a farm that has alpacas and when I started to place my order from them I had some questions. So I contacted them by email and they returned my emails within a couple of hours. They responded quickly and were honest. Once I got the product, I have to admit it was one of the best products that I had ever purchased, not to mention the socks I have bought lasted me longer than any of the others I have bought before.
