I like to use the leftover turkey from holidays to make this roast turkey sandwich.
The recipe is in the link.

I am not a big sandwich person, when I do make a sandwich it is usually a pbj, or tuna. Once in awhile I will make a BLT or hamburger. I don't like bread so it's hard to make a sandwich without bread, when I do eat bread it is multi-grain bread.

You can make sandwiches without bread. Here are some no-bread sandwich ideas.

For those of you who make bologna sandwiches, here's the right way to get maximum coverage.

One of my friends always makes gourmet sandwiches that are so delicious. I just make simple ones. One of my favorite sandwiches is slightly toasting a pita bread and filling it with cream cheese, some salad (lettuce, tomato, watercress and spinach) and chicken cubes. This is so delicious. It is easy to make too. Thank you to all on this thread for the delicious sounding recipes!

I have to say when I was working in a Traditional Setting when I went to work I took my own lunch too. I took it because it was cheaper than purchasing fast food. I would actually go to the Dollar Tree and get little things like: Hot Pockets, Meat Balls, Chicken Finger, Chicken Fries, or something similar. I never really made sandwiches. I love sandwiches, but I prefer my sandwiches hot. I love a nice Turkey Breast, spinach, a little Mayo, Honey Mustard, American and Mozzarella Cheese melt. I have always been a fan of Grilled Cheese and Ham and Cheese. It is great to bring your own lunch. It gives you a variety of options.

I love some of those breadless sandwiches shown above. I like doing wraps like that, too. I'll wrap ham or turkey around pickles and cream cheese, for example. Or I'll fill a lettuce leaf with taco fillings or other salad ingredients to eat them by hand instead.

BLT (bacon lettuce tomato) is my favorite sandwich. It's always the safest choice too whenever I can't decide which one to buy :D

YUM YUM! This looks delicious. I also try to make the subway styled sandwhiches. I like to fit everything in them so I cut cucumbers and tomatoes really think so I could make room for other topings.
A sandwhich that just has cheese and lettuce is good but I typically like to have at least 4 yummy things in them (haha).
