Has anyone ever tried using a Three-Phase Electrical Power connection for your electrical units and appliances? I just heard this from a friend and he was using this type of connection to save money in electric bills. Honestly, I have a measly knowledge about this but I can see the potential most specially if you want to start your own business. The only thing I'm actually curious about is if it's legal to use it in every country. I saw one in setup in our office as well, I'm just ignoring it because at first I'm not sure what the purpose of that machine is but my friend just told me that our office is actually using the technology. If Three Phase is legal, then do you still have to ask for a permit?
I'm sure it's not legal as it would cut down on the profits of the electrical company. I suppose the whole idea is similar to what we saw with free internet music downloads. In the long run, big companies won't tolerate various schemes to make things cheaper or free.
