I've been having applying for a credit card and I can't seem to get approved of. Until one day, a friend of mine told me to ask for secured cards to a bank. So that's what I did. I inquired how secured card card works. You actually need to have deposits so that the banks could provide you a credit card. It's actually a pretty good thing. After that, I get to be approved with other cards that I apply for. It is actually a good way to rebuild your credit.

A secured card is definitely an excellent way to build your credit. Capital One offers a hybrid card; if you get approved, you can sometimes pay a deposit but get a higher credit limit. It's sort of a combination between a secured and unsecured card. Definitely worth checking out if you're trying to boost your score.
