Log In offers all types of courses to get you up to speed with programming skills and website coding. They are currently running an all-you-can-eat plan for $9 a month. You might want to check it out if this is your thing.
I don't use their online courses, but I can vouch for how awesome Sitepoint is for information. Their e-mail blasts are awesome...I've been especially enjoying Versioning. It has tons of tips on tools, sites and information that is new on the internet. It is the only subscription email that I look forward to opening.
