I can't tolerate spending too much time exercising, especially the redundant routines. I tried a number of exercise classes in Zumba, aerobics, etc. but i guess its not really
my cup of tea. Someone suggested I try a sports because I'm really competitive. I have a gained a lot of weight from my pregnancy and i really want to trim down.
Any suggestions on what kind of sport I should try?

I found basketball to be the easiest sport to transition into from repetitive exercise. I also find it incredibly boring and it feels like I am accomplishing nothing. I like having the objective of winning something. Of course, you need others of like mind. Otherwise, you're alone shooting at a hoop in a backyard or park.

If basketball isn't your thing tennis may be easier to find a partner for. Gyms today are really branching out and starting to build better team style exercising. Try shopping around that avenue.
