Just in case some of you may not have heard, if you are a member of StraighTalk's 45 dollar a month 'unlimited' plan, then they may owe you a refund. While StraightTalk claims that they offer 'unlimited' data for 45 dollars a month, it has been discovered that they actually shut off user's data, or slow it down, if they feel that they have used too much of it. I urge you to look at your data usage, and see if it has slowed down towards the end of the 30 day period for you. If it does, make sure to contact StraightTalk, because they very well may owe you a refund.
And why would they owe a refund? Does it say in the contract that it won't be slowed down? Because this is actually a fairly common practice (albeit, really annoying) and unless they specifically say they won't, I don't see a refund happening. Now if they actually shut you off or didn't let you use data at all? That would be a problem...
