Most animals are edible... whether or not we have the chance to taste them is a completely different thing. There are so many exotic animals that I'd love to taste... in fact I'd be willing to taste pretty much any decent meat (no organs etc) given the opportunity. So far the strangest ones I've had is reindeer, moose and biltong made from some wild game. (gazelle, antelope... I really don't know) What strange ones have you had and what would you want to taste?
I would love to try all sorts of meats, too! I would even try the organ meats myself, because I do find that I sometimes enjoy hearts, livers, etc. As for me, I haven't really tried anything too exotic. I've had things like bison and pig's feet, but nothing that can't be found directly in the US unfortunately.
