I'm a student in a small college town where literally only one service provider for internet is available. Is there anyone else here in a similar situation whether that be a rural community or small town? It's hard to talk down price on my bill when I can't threaten to change to a different company. I wonder if there are still ways to save money on my internet bill. What are our options?
