Now you are make me envious from your climate Gadzooks, I wish I lived in a country where we had just 2 weeks of winter, but unfortunately it's approximately 6 months and we have just one month or two of extreme heat, meaning 30ºC or above and by this time we really need to cool down.
I just remove some of the layers that I regular put on during cold season. I don't buy clothes for summer as I don't find it practical at all. Besides most of the summer days I just stay at home so I don't really have to dress up to suit for the summer atmosphere and summer kinds of fads.
I have spend most of my summer with beach shorts and another pair of shorts I have, it was awesome, but I am now back to work and it was painful to dress my jeans again. At least it's not that hot anymore, so it's pretty bearable to wear jeans.
