The question is simple. If you own a garden, do you usually plant Swiss chard of spinach? They both taste similar, but are considerably different. The normal spinach plant has much smaller leaves and flowers (not sure if the right word) quicker. It's also a bit more tasty. Chard, on the other hand, has leaves twice of thrice the size of spinach and lasts for months in your garden! You prepare it the same way and you can hardly taste the difference! We always sow swiss chard, the taste is the same but you get much more out of it. Do you also have swiss chard on your backyard? Do you like it as much as spinach or not? Why?
