At work, my room is on the fourth floor of the building. I take the stairs every day, all four flights! The only time that I take the elevator is if I have a lot of stuff to carry in with me that day, then I will take the elevator for fear of dropping stuff down the stairs. Taking the stairs is the first part of my work day, and by the time I reach the top my heart is pumping, my body's warmed up, and I'm ready for the day!

:oops:Like most everyone here it all depends on what is going on for the day or if I'm carrying something heavy to take the stairs or not. I must admit at times I do get lazy and take the elevator to get to where I'm going. I try to take the stairs when I'm up to it though for the benefit of better health.
