If you are a member of the Tesco clubcard scheme you can earn an extra 25 points (25p or 50p if you use clubcard double) per shop. You can either get a coupon card in a store with the coupon number, or each receipt has a four digit code on the bottom. Then go to the tescoview website, enter the code and complete a short survey, and they give you the points on your card. I haven't seen a limit per person, and I have done several. There's also no need to do the second part of the survey - when they ask about extra questions if you say no they still give you the points.
