Does anyone think the recent scandal will make a difference as far as the final result is concerned? Do you think the Russians could be behind some scheme to frame Clinton, seeing as they want Trump to win? How much wrongdoing do you think Clinton has done? Is it worse than what he have seen with Trump?

I am not sure but the way newspapers are reporting that Donald has a lead of 1% over Clinton may change the tide to some extent. However I do not feel that Trump stands a chance to win this election. I still believe that he is behind by at least 2% on an average and Hillary has at least 80% chances of winning the presidential election.

The dirt on Clinton could land her in prison as well as cause a lost election. Some are saying she neglected soldiers in Benghazi. That situation lead to them being burned alive. Other stuff coming out regards instances of election fraud, for instance, using insider information before debates.

Note, the election stuff seems similar to what we saw with Richard Nixon at Watergate. It's very dangerous stuff politically speaking. Finally, the worst stuff would involve Benghazi, which could lead to a manslaughter or murder conviction.

I guess one of the factor going against Hillary is African Americans' low participation in 'Early Voting' which has already begun and the number of their voting pattern suggests that they are not interested in voting. I think Democrats will have to bring Obama into the picture if they want their votes.

I don't think putting Clinton on the ticket was a good idea. She had too much dirt on her. Some say Bernie Sanders would have been laughed at. Nonetheless, it would have been a much closer race or perhaps a victory with Bernie.

What I feel is that Hillary was suffering from over-confidence and taking Trump too lightly. Maybe Trump was erratic at certain points but he knew the basic points that needed to highlighted. I guess his idea of "Jobs for locals and problem posed by immigrants" clicked.

The email scandal was blown out of proportion, and was an admin error rather than a criminal error. Someone wrote an excellent analysis of it all, that basically the rules for private servers was sketchy at the time, and Collin Powell advised her that he used his AOL account for his emails!

Did it affect her campaign? Probably to those who aren't given the facts or aren't bright enough to understand it wasn't a criminal offense. Sanders was liked, but he wasn't even a real Democrat, he was an Independent on the Democrat ticket.

Some opponents are claiming that new voting laws, ones which suppress the voting of many African Americans and Latinos, played a large role in ensuring a Trump victory. In that case, perhaps the right wing is as scandalous as the left wing. However, Trump supporters are claiming the recent protests are not justified, as they claim Trump's victory was totally fair.

Certain states do make it hard for minorities to vote, such as people needing state issued ID which costs money. I would have said it was fair if it hadn't been for the FBI re-opening a shut case with no evidence, and the fact they never informed Clinton, but told Congress. If his actions are proven to violate the Hatch Act (which both Republicans and Democrats believe is a violation) it could void the election. This is all unprecedented territory as no one is arrogant or stupid enough to violate the act unless they thought they would be protected somehow.

I don't think we can truly judge anyone until they ran or know what actually happened in any circumstance. Donald Trump has said many stupid things but it doesn't mean he'll do what he says. He just declared to keep Obama care. All that charade was to gain voters.

We've seen Hillary do more wrong because she's had a bigger part in the United Staes than Trump has.

I'm not sure keeping Guantanamo Bay is a good idea for the sane and rational folks.. All politicians have been involved in incidents, but it is part of the job. They may do wrong in the eyes of some, but often there isn't much choice and you have to make the best of a bad situation.

Trump has been involved in countless fraud suits, but as it was private he paid people off. Clinton as a public servant has been judged on her role, and while there maybe some borderline incidents they have not bee proven to be criminal.

Everyone comes down to having proof. Statements are useless without proof. You're right. We'll just need to see how things turn out. Will Trump keep his word? Will he be officially voted for? Will there be some sort of last-minute miracle? Who knows? Judge it in the end.

Saying it is one thing, but then doing it is another. Trump has been known to back out of things already; the wall will remain a fence, and he fired Christie who supported him, and who convinced his supporters to vote for Trump. A stab in the back already, and that won't go down well in Congress.

I'm truly horrified at how vile the Trump supporters have been to others though. I'm not American, but I was living in the US during the last election and no one sneered at the Republicans as they are to anyone who doesn't agree with them. It's unamerican, not civil, and puts me off going back to the US. I know many feel the same way I do as well.

They ''love'' America but it seems that they disagree with the first amendment by blocking that from others or beating it out of them sometimes.

I hope Trump doesn't do anything more underhanded because he would just be one of the biggest hypocrites ever. All his lashes at Hillary don't look good now.

I do think it will affect US tourism because people don't want to visit places with riots and hostility. It puts me off and I have lived there and have friends and family there.

I think he is trying to influence the UK government by recommending Farage as the UK Ambassador in the US, and Downing Street has said 'there is no vacancy' and Farage has criticized the government. It appears Trump is going around suggesting who should be the ambassador in each country now, which won't go down well.

I am not a native or an American but the Presidential Election between Clinton and Trump is monitored by me. I have followed how did the campaign was going on, the debate and the controversial email scandal which I believe had dragged down Clinton to her defeat. Without this issue and the media's intervention, it would like make Clinton the new President of America.

Did you know that Trump now is saying that he doesn't want to carry on the prosecution on Hillary? He said that she and her family have suffered too much already.

I'm telling you, all this was a charade and now that he became president, he mellowed down a bit. I don't think he'll go through with many things now.

Trump is a better actor than people assumed, and 25% of the population bought it. I don't think he mellowed, he said things to incite without any evidence. If you look at what he said on abortion, to lock up everyone that has had an abortion, it appeals to the voters opposed to planned parenthood.

Simply there is no evidence against Clinton and it's not even a criminal act, that was just what people think and wish to believe. If it was a criminal act, then you need to go back and prosecute others too.

He hasn't even become president and already decided to stop pursuing prosecution for Hillary, he has removed Muslim ban mentions from his website, decided to amend Obamacare, is backpedaling from torture methods he agreed with, and now believes that people are the cause of climate change which he claimed was a hoax. He fooled many.
