That is actually good for you. I hope I could implement the same to myself. I just had some problems with it because I really cant cook. I should have been part of the worst cooks in the world reality show! lol! I always look up at food websites and recipes but still I can not apply everything even the simplest way of cooking. Thats why I still opt for fastfoods, deliveries, drive thru etc.

I am always on the go also. Fast food is something I am used to. I have always been one of those people who never worried about what I ate. I'm pushing 30 now, and I have noticed that my metabolism might be slowing down some, but I haven't been eating much fast food, I'm just addicted to caffeine, such as carbonated drinks.
