These are the professional POTS AND PANS with the metal handles and no stick service. Although the handles get a bit hot, they are made to go from stove to oven and back again. I got these free from a stamp promotion at Albertson's grocery stores, but I looked them up on line. They would have been a bit pricey for me to buy, but I will definately supplement my set and watch for promotions. Anyone else ever tried them?
