Some people aren't content with how they look, and they want to have that "perfect appearance", so they keep on having plastic surgery, like Beyonce's rhinoplasty. While some people just want to look younger and get rid of their wrinkles, so they avail of Botox. I guess if you have the money then go ahead and do it, it's your body, not ours.
