Hello everyone, I am a Real Estate Agent from Jamaica. I am planning to put my listings on trulia.com, I want to know how many of you actually use trulia and how many of you would do business through trulia, thanks in advance for all the suggestions.
I have never heard of trulia.com before. I would have to check out the site first. If it's worth checking out, I would use it. Thanks for the link and for letting us know about it.
No problem @milyjohnson, my pleasure, quick question to you, what are some Real Estate websites that you know of? I would love to put some of my listings on those sites in an effort to sensitize other jurisdictions with the Jamaican market.
I have used Trulia.com to search for houses and condominiums. I have also used Zillow.com, and Realtor.com. All three are about the same. However, Zillow will tell how many days the property has been on its website. If if has been more than 90 days then there may be problems with that property.
