I got the Vanilla one... I can really go into the ingredient list too much because I'm no expert at this stuff. It's a middle-end Whey Protein Shake... And in my opinion, you're better off staying away from Whey. Get a protein powder made of Soy, Hemp, Rice or Pea, and you'll be better off... I once had a shake and forgot to clean my drinking bottle... A day or two went by, and when I went to use it again, as soon as I opened it, the worse smell I ever come in contact with spread through out the gym... We're talking a thing that could make you vomit... That's why I don't recommend this, or any other Whey Protein Powder.
