I don't know whether you are aware that you might be entitled to money that is being held by government agencies that hold unclaimed money until the person who owns it, or their family, come forward to claim it. This money is often forgotten money, such as bonds that you paid when you rented a house and forgot to claim back. Or someone left you money that you are not aware of, such as in an inheritance. I am writing about this because I did a search on this on google about half a year ago for a friend and we discovered that his mother left him some shares that are worth over $20.000. My friend was totally unaware that he was entitled to that money. It has been safely kept by an agency for nearly 12 years now, since his mother died. Perhaps you want to also have a look into it.
