Most people have an account with either or both sites to get rebates when they shop online. Even if you don't shop online much, you should still sign up as quiet accounts where not much is spent get sent offers.

Recently I got sent an offer from TopCashBack for selected members only to get £3 extra on any spend over £10 in addition to the cashback. On Quidco a while back I had an email offering me £10 extra when I spent over £20 on a beauty site. Usually you have to click on the link and activate the promotion, so do that first as sometimes they have caps on the numbers. I missed out once as a promotion had reached its cap, so I have learned to activate offers as soon as I get them now just in case.
