Just pour 1 litre of distilled vinegar (any will do but distilled smells less) down the toilet before bed and when you wake up use the toilet brush as normal. Flush and the result will be as good as if you used bleach or other toilet cleaner.
Does vinegar at this strength kill mold? I know mold is a big problem in toilets if they don't get cleaned well regularly, especially under the rim. In your experience, have you had any difficulties with mold under the rim not coming all the way off?
