I won't buy from either of them. Both very shady companies and I care about the ethics behind what I buy.

If I need to pick one, I will go for Target. Most of the time, the costumer service is better compare to walmart. I like the items they have. It's very affordable. There are many things to choose from.

I prefer Target because they have better selections on toys clothing and more. They have a lot better customer service than walmart. The store is always clean and is always stocked up seems when I go to wamart they always have shelves that are empty like they never stock it up.

If you made me pick one or the other for life, I'd go with Walmart for price and variety. Target is great too though. The store is cleaner and has better clothes than Walmart.

Target! 100%! All day, every day! I absolutely refuse to go into Walmart unless there is no other viable option.

Haha, you asked us which we preferred, but then you said anyone who shops at Walmart is awful! :p

I shop at Walmart because the prices are much lower than at Target. There are also three different Walmarts within half an hour of my home, each with a varied selection of goods. I only have one Target near where I live, and it doesn't have a produce department. Usually it just seems like Walmart can provide the things I need reliably, cheaply, and conveniently. I wouldn't know about the customer service of either store, as I've never needed to use it.

I prefer Target over Walmart because of the fact that going to Target feels more clean. I find them very similar and Target being Walmart but red. The thing that separates them seems to be that Target higher income people. This makes it so that the quality of the products in Target feels more better for a higher price.

I love Target myself! They have a better quality of things. My mom worked at Wal-Mart in the deli. They treat their employees horribly. They barely pay them and they work them like dogs. They will make you come into work with a 103 fever (working in the deli I might add) or they will threaten you with firing you. She says avoid the deli unless you want to get sick.

I more often have to go to walmart. This is simply because there are about five walmarts in my city for the one super target. I pass by two walmarts to get to target. If i have the time, then I will make a trip to target. Otherwise, I go to walmart for the convenience. I prefer to shop at target. Target has great clearance and better products than walmart.

I'm going to go with Walmart by a slight edge. The quality of clothes is better at Target, but the quality of food is better at Walmart. The Jewelry and Electronics sections are very similar as is the Toys section. Ill give Walmart the edge based on a lot more options and usually better pricing.

Without a doubt, I prefer Target over Walmart. I will not shop at Walmart. What they have done to small businesses around the country and the low wages they pay their employees is inexcusable. I don't care if they have the lowest prices. It is not worth it to me. On the other hand, I love Target. They have very reasonable prices. Target stores always seem to be tidy and clean. I can do all my shopping in one spot. I do wish their grocery section was a bit bigger. But that is my only true complaint. I love Target.

I prefer Target. The stores are generally nicer and the people working there are always willing to help you.
Sure, Walmart may be cheaper, but Target costs just a bit more and the quality is much better. I also like the variety of products.

I always go to Walmart because I find that for the things that I would shop for at a store like that, they are cheaper. I do like Target's dishes and home decor better, it looks a little classier. Target's stuff is a little better quality than Walmart's but if you really need to save money, you take what you can get. Lol. Overall I think Target is better because they are cleaner and the staff is more helpful than Walmart, but I still don't shop there as much just because their prices are a tad higher.

Wal-Mart has this one hands down. Every since Wal-Mart's superstores got off the ground Target had just become another memory.

I choose Walmart over Target because Walmart seems to have better deals when I go in there. Yes, I will admit no matter where you are in the States it seems they're always trashed in certain aisles and yes some of the customer service I've "received" has been less than friendly at times. Overall though, when I go into Target, at least in my area, all of the employees still look like they hate their job even though the store appears cleaner and better put together. It's really just a matter of preference

Target is nice but I really don't mind Walmart. It's true, the customers can be mean and the store can be a mess but it's not like I'm going to either store for an amazing shopping experience. I like them both. I've found better deals at Walmart, so I can't really complain. Target is nice if I have time to go shopping and browsing. If I know what I want, I go to Walmart.

I like Target but it's usually pricey than Walmart and doesn't has all the selection of items that I need. Target mostly has stuff that I consider not to be "first necessity."

So yes, I go with Walmart too because it's variety, low pricing and better deals.

We have a brand new Target in my town. I was there only once, but loved it! It was nice to see some different items than what I usually see at Walmart, and to be honest, I didn't notice a price difference. The store was clean and bright, and best of all - no long lineups at the checkout.

As far as prices go I would say Wal-Mart. I end up going there a decent amount of time because I like to get my groceries and other products all at the same place rather then going somewhere else. But, I do hate the crowds, the employees are always rude or don't know what they are talking about and the overall experience does indeed suck. I typically try to go there late at night to avoid most of these things. I prefer Target overall when it comes to customer service and the products they sell. They have higher end products for similar prices and there own brand is much better.
