I just ordered Wen shampoo and just started using it. I'm not sure if I followed the instructions right, but my hair didn't turn out the way they said it would in the commercial for it. I was wondering if anyone else tried Wen. If so, did it work for you the way they said it would or did you have a different result from the one they said?
My husband used to work on t.v. commercials. He says they work for hours to get the results you see on hair, face, cars, food. I am careful what I order from seeing it in commercials. In your case, they most likely have a refund available if you don't like it. You prolly paid a lot, so if it doesn't do what it says it will, call or email them. My opinion.
