I've never been one to celebrate my own birthday but always like celebrating someone else's especially if it's a 'milestone' birthday. You know Sweet Sixteen, 21st Burst, Lordy, Lordy, you're turning Forty. They should be memorable ones. This year my husband will be turning Nifty Fifty. He's always wanted to see in person his favorite football team play. So we're planning to go to a game when the season starts this year, Lord willing.

What has been you're most memorable milestone celebration(s)?

Last year my husband turned 40 so I had to throw him a party. It was pretty fun. The theme was "Holy Crap, he's 40" The most memorable part: we had just replaced a toilet in our house and the old one hadn't been picked up by the city yet, so I made a huge sign that said "Holy Crap, ... is 40" and put the empty old toilet in the front yard with some balloons and the sign tied to it. He saw it as soon as he got home and was dying in laughter.
