I never was a fan of psychological thrillers but I've watched a number of them which I can recommend.

    The Silence of The Lambs.
    The Game.
    The Ring.
    Insomnia.
    Saw

Most of the above movies can also be classified as horror but once you cut away all the gore and spooks they're just psychological thrillers.

I also love this genre. There are some great movies out there...

    Cape Fear (1991)
    Dressed to Kill (1980)
    Vertigo (1958)
    Taxi Driver (1976)
    Shining (1980)

If you like these, I can dig some deeper and try to remember some more

I don't think I've actually seen many of them other than the SAW series, which was amazing in my opinion. I was really young when I seen the first movie, I don't even know why my parents let me watch it, but I remember cringing over one of the scene's where there was a pit full of needles and someone fell into it (If I remember correctly, anyway.) Ack.
