Get her an inspiring book or a self-help book or even a book of quotes. You won't have problems regarding her allergies if she has one, you won't experience any problems regarding her religion, and let's admit it, everyone appreciates books.
Well, since she's a girl, how about facial wash, or lipstick, or basically, anything that girls apply to their face? You have an idea of her skin complexion anyway, so you can take a chance with make-up.
A lotion and shower gel gift set you usually see in places like the body shop are totally generic enough and acceptable. Just a thought if you are going for picture frames, don't. I hated getting them because I usually get stuff that doesn't go with the decor of the house plus its actually more work since you have to get a picture, put it in the frame and then look for a good place to display it. It's like giving the person a chore as a gift.
Another good gift would be a fountain with some angels/birds to sit by her bed or some place like that would be nice. If she don't like that give her a gift card so she can buy her own present.
