What Do You Think About 'bursting'

    I saw a video online about how you can get the daily amount of exercise required to stay slim, toned and healthy - depending on your fitness goals - by 'bursting' for 8-12 minutes every morning. The process of bursting is where you do any type of exercise for 30 seconds as hard as you can and then rest for 10 seconds, and then repeat the process until your 8 minutes is up. You can slowly build up to 12 minutes, and that's all you need daily to keep healthy and fit. What do you think about this?
