Fish is the healthier option, it has marine protein as well as all the omega oils (3,6,9) that your body need to stay healthy. I like lean chicken as well because you don't have to worry about the mercury the way you do with fish. I just make a habit of selecting the low mercury options like tilapia and certain kinds of tuna.
chicken tastes better and I feel it's safer to eat than fish. Fish scare me! But fish also can be a bit healthier because it has essential fatty oils that are good for you
i think that chicken may be a bit of a healthier option since fish happens to contain a lot of sodium in it. Still many benefits can come from fish as well since it contains so many beneficial nutrients within it, its just a matter of whether or not your body can deal with so much salt or not.
