So my aunt calls me the other day and asks me what provider we have for our cable and internet. I tell her what we have but I am pretty sure they don't serve over where she live, so I ask her "why". She tells me that Comcast (Xfinity) notified her that her bill would be increasing UNLESS she switched to their triple play package for $119. I can't say that I am surprised by this, this is what they did when I had Comcast. I know most companies are all about the money but why not worry about customer service and satisfaction first. Does anyone else have Comcast? What is your experience with it?
