Edit: should be your go to exercise... but I can't edit the headline

We all have those days when we really aren't up to a full workout. Sometimes we may be ill and other times we may be too tired or just Plain Lazy. When I have days like these, I like to either get outside for a walk or if the weather is nasty, stay inside and work on my flexibility. These are both low intensity activities that provide some benefit even if they are not the vigorous training I should be doing.

If you are having an off day do you just abandon a workout altogether or do you come up with some sort of shorter or more lightweight routine so that you have at least done something?

I run no matter how lazy I am. Laziness only comes before you do something. But once you get yourself into doing something, you will forget that you felt lazy doing it. If you feel lazy, which is normal, just go and do what you have to do. Laziness should not be tolerated. It need to be overcame. It does not get one anywhere.
