What's Better for Losing Weight, Cycling or Jogging?

    It all depends on your passion and choice.Personally, I would prefer jogging to cycling because of many reasons.I think so that jogging is more secure than cycling.One may fell down while cycling.Jogging involves the entire body and burns the calories more quickly than cycling.But you must know that more effort and stamina is required to lose weight by jogging.
