I get so tired of picking up herbs. I've tried growing them but currently that option is off the table.

When buying herbs I try to make sure they're attached to the stem so I can trim them when I get home and place them in a mason jar of water. This is the only way I've been able to keep them as fresh as possible. Does anyone have any other ideas? Is there something I can do on top of what I'm doing now?

Well, there are those green bags. They really DO work. They are green storage bags found in the produce section usually. And they really work great. You don't tie them, just gently fold them over, etc.

Then there is this one tip I learned from Rachael Ray, and it's FREE. Well almost. As soon as you get home, wash your veggies, and this also works for herbs, and take a wet paper towel and wrap around the veggie. And then put that in a plastic bag.

    But this answers it better:
