When You Buy A Property, Scammers Come Out Of The Woodwork....

    I finally got a little place of my own and the whole process wen quite well. But I am glad my lawyer warned me about the scams that come in the post, it is crazy!

    For there is the place that offers to sell you a notarized copy of your title for $80. Which is a total scam as you will get you original in the post for free a few weeks later.

    Then there is generic notices that might be taken for a letter from your bank offering to split your payments to smaller two-weekly ones (not mentioning the fee).

    The only up side is that you also get sent a lot of pretty good coupons from major retailers.
