I am hesitant to buy jewelry online. I like to see jewelry in person. There are so many characteristics of a piece that I would want to see in person. I would want to feel the piece, see its luster, and see how it fits me. Do any brick and mortar buildings near you have a website? That way you can see the jewelry first-hand, but you can shop online? Are you in the US or in a different country? Wishing you luck finding what you're looking for!

    Hi, You could always check

.I go to that store and some of their on sale stuffs can go pretty cheap. I also like that when you are a member with them, on your birthday or sometimes valentine day, you'll get free pearl bracelet or earrings .I've got two things from there that were free that I gave them to my cousins whom she loved. I also bought a gold necklace that was on sale for my sister's and an anklet for myself. Happy looking.

I haven't tried buying jewelry online. I'm not sure with the quality if it's true or not. Another reason is I want to see it personally and try it myself if it looks good on me or not.

Well there is one store that you can never go wrong with and that would be Tiffany's. Their cheaper jewelry is around 100 dollars and you can always go to the store and they can replace and clean your jewelry for free just because of how the brand has been established over the years.
Other discount websites would have to be endless.com as well as sales because they have amazing blowout sales that you won't regret taking advantage of.

This would be my advice to a T. Especially if you don't know exactly what you are looking. Brand names are one thing, and finding reputable ONLINE companies with brand name goods is often as simple as going into a store and then seeing if they have a website. But jewelry in general is one of those items that I want to be able to try on, try out, see first hand, touch, etc.

I admit that my family has been weirdly successful with buying nice watches on Ebay. This is the extent of my Internet jewelry purchases. One watch, purchased for my husband by my brother, had a very high MSRP, but was a great deal on Ebay, and is my husband's favorite watch. It came intact, but didn't run.

My husband took the watch to three local jewelers (one a personal friend) who all said their watch specialist couldn't figure the thing out. He contacted the original company and sent the watch there, who admitted that it was missing a part, but they no longer carry the part. He was given the run-around for several months, but in the end, was able to work directly with the company who provided the part and the labor at no cost.

Bottom line, had the watch been bought from the company itself, there would have been no questions asked. It was an expensive enough watch to carry a lifetime warranty (for a factory defect), but because the thing was bought off Ebay, it was a bigger hassle to get good customer service.

And mind you, the watch was brand new. Still had the plastic on the face and everything. I actually wonder if the seller bought it new and realized it didn't work, forgot about it for several years, and then figured what's the use, and just unloaded it on Ebay. I have no idea.
