Since I started going to the gym, I was wondering which Whey Protein should I get, and where to buy them at the cheapest price. I was thinking of Gold Standard Whey, since I heard a lot good things about them, but any other opinions and recommendations?

Protein is for suckers. And I will give you a simple explanation as to why.

We don't add protein to our bodies by eating it. Our body creates protein using amino acids and fats. If you eat lots of green veggies and healthy fats, your body will create strong protein cells to create healthy tissues throughout the body.

Whey protein is for suckers. And that's fair to say because, if you actually researched where it came from you would be surprised.

Whey protein is created from the excess left overs of milk products. This use to be waste until they figured out they could turn it into a powder and sell it to body builders as a muscle building supplement. It does nothing good for the body.
