I love trees with edible leaves because they are perennial source of green leafy vegetable. Morinnga is currently seen as the ultimate food because the leaves of that tree fights cancer and multiple diseases and it is packed with nutrition. The leaves can be dried into a powder and mixed to another food, or you can use the leaves as replacement for spinach in many recipes. Mulberries not only gives me fruits but it's leaves can be used for stir fries and soups. Hibiscus, Is so awesome for it's many uses. It's pretty decorative flowers can be used for making tea and it's leaves can be used for salads.
Wow, you grow a lot of vegetables and I wish I am like you. Honestly, I only have rose plants now but I am planning to grow my pwn vegetables which I more healthy and organic, free from harmful pesticides and chemicals. Also, it saves you money. Besides money, it is beautiful feeling seeing those plants with full of fresh vegetables.
