Well collecting gadgets is an expensive hobby. I have like 5 phones already and 2 new ones coming up (I bought them online) just because I like to collect them. I don't even need them. But I can't resist buying them especially if the price is quite low already. I also used to collect cd's, dvd's, and cassette tapes, and when you compute the money you have spent on them they do add up to a substantial amount.
