When I worked in my college's office as part of my work study, the dean would send me out with his lunch order of hamburgers with mayonnaise ONLY and they would always get it wrong. You would think it would be easier for them to put on one condiment and no vegetables than it would be to make a fully loaded burger.
Oh how I hate when that happens the places around here always get my order wrong so now I have a habit before I even drive away I check my order to make sure its right
