Chromebooks perform exceptionally well in the educational market, and even a decent number of consumers have adopted them. However, their biggest impact has been driving budget PC prices down while getting better hardware and software (to some extent). Recent reports mention that Microsoft is set to introduce more cloud storage laptops at a cheaper price. The starting price appears to be $169 with various devices above that price range. Some convertibles should be included too. Lower prices are always good!
They can release as many devices as they seek to, but if they continue to conduct the same kind of advertising they've currently got, they'll notice that things won't go far in what concerns them, I'm pretty sure about this. They must make changements in what concerns the way they lead their company, not how many cheap China-quality like devices they can release on a monthly basis.
