I don't sit at a desk, per se, but my work does compel me to sit in one place all day at a computer. Do you have any equipment or exercises that help keep you limber while you're at work? Share your techniques with the class. The best I've got is a little pedalling device that I ordered online. Slip your feet in and you can bike pedal for as long as you please while sitting at a desk. It doesn't offer a ton of resistance, but it's still more exercise than flat out nothing.
