Yes indeed, besides the fact that they seem to often do a shoddy job at the only thing they are supposed to do, which is sit around, offer some information and type some documents on the off chance someone ventures in their office in need of something. More than once I came in to their office to find them having lunch or desert or whatever so its not like they are under constant stress or anything to warrant behaving like that with people... Its just how some people are I guess, shows just how much they expect from themselves and their own lives really.
