I'm curious if a light box is enough to properly grow anything in my house alone. I would think it may not be enough light but if I'm only growing an herb or two I'm not sure I couldn't use one. Has anyone had any experience with this?

I am not sure what you mean a light box. But if you want to grow plants in your home you can use a grow light to increase the amount of light your plants receive. The lights are sold in the local Home Depot also an under the counter light will work well.

I believe so but from my research you'd need a few lights and some fans to get a proper set up. I don't think it's that difficult or complicated but it's possible to fail in the first few tries. Just keep on adjusting your method until you get the right one, but yeah I think a light box would be good enough to grow some plants in, generally.
